1. Appointments & Services

We offer acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and supportive therapies to restore balance and support your health journey.

Bookings
Appointments can be made online, via phone or in person. You'll receive a confirmation and reminder ahead of your session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.

2. Workshops & Events

Workshops & Events are designed to be inclusive, nourishing, and educational. Please check event details before booking.

Event Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future workshop. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but your spot may be transferred to a friend or family member with prior notice. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone the workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a rescheduled date.

3. Health & Safety

Please share any relevant health information with us before your appointment or event. Some treatments may not be suitable in certain cases (e.g., pregnancy, acute illness, or specific medications). We'll always check before proceeding.

We do not provide emergency medical care. For urgent issues, please contact your GP or local health services.

4. Herbal Medicine & Products

All herbal formulas are tailored to your individual needs. They should only be used as prescribed and not shared with others. If you notice any unexpected effects, please get in touch right away.

5. Fees & Payment

Payment is required at the time of service. We accept EFTPOS, credit card, and health fund rebates (where applicable). Pricing is listed clearly and may be updated at any time without notice.

6. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 1 years from the date of purchase and can be used toward any treatment or product. They are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

7. Clinic Etiquette

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your session. If you're feeling unwell, we ask that you contact us to reschedule. This helps us maintain a safe, calm healing space for all.
